General Warehouse Operative / Labourer / Picker Packer

🕒 8:00am – 4:30pm | 5 days out of 7 (weekend flexibility required)

We are currently recruiting General Warehouse Operatives to join a busy events and exhibitions company based in East London.

This is an immediate start opportunity for reliable and physically fit individuals who are happy to take on a variety of warehouse and labouring duties.

The Role

• General warehouse duties

• Picking and packing materials

• Manual handling and labouring tasks

• Supporting exhibition set-up logistics

• Working within a large underground open storage environment

If candidates are willing to operate a Wall Saw to cut wooden worktops to size (full training provided), this would be a strong advantage.

Working Environment

• Warehouse space located beneath a large exhibition centre

• Open environment – can become cold during lower temperatures

• Fast-paced and hands-on setting

Hours

• 8:00am – 4:30pm

• 5 days out of 7 (weekend work may be required)

• Some shifts may extend to 6:00pm or 7:00pm at short notice

• Flexibility is essential

Requirements

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

• Flexible with working hours and weekend shifts

• Positive attitude and willingness to “muck in”

• Available for ongoing work
